Gear and tiers
Power is what you wear. Gear comes in tiers from T1 to T8, there are no set bonuses, and every armour look in the game is an item you can find, craft or take.

From T4, items and resources can also be enchanted, up to level 4 (shown as T4.1 to T4.4). Each enchantment level counts as one more tier: +100 item power and one more step of the multiplier.
Quality
Crafted items roll a quality. Quality multiplies an item’s power on top of its tier.
